an OTA for 20+ years, Kay has seen and experienced the reimbursement changes. Kay launched an emerging practice as a new grad because the job market was scarce. With drive and perseverance she launched as an independent contractor (when it wasn't popular) and later established an ergonomic consulting  and product resell company. No business or marketing background she bootstrapped the business until she gained clients like ADOBE, U.S.  Dept. of State; Cargill, Dole, Broward County as corporate clients. She a co-founder of OTCEUS.com with a vision to help more OT Practitioners create businesses they allows them to lead with their clinical strengths and passions and create freedom.  

She's a mom, speaker, author, entrepreneur and OTA faculty. She  a foodie, loves wine and old school music and enjoys sitting by the ocean.
