It's a group of people coming together once a month to check in.
No social media required.
This isn't a Facebook group that requires you to keep up with lots of daily notifications. We will be LIVE with interactive dialogue via Zoom.
Do I need to commit t the monthly group?
Feel free to pop in each month or allow yourself time in between months to get things done. It's important to always show up for support when you fall off track.
What if I don't know what I want to work on?
There are so many people that hold themselves back from making an impact in the world because they think they need to (a)have all the answers (b) think they need to have it all together or perfect (c) know the full path before they take the fist step. Baby steps+action =results.
How do the hot seats work?
Mid-month, I'll send an email asking you to submit a challenge for the hot seat discussion. Your job is to laser focus on what's not working? Why do you think you are stuck or stalling . Or you can submit a specific question for tactical advice.
What's the structure?
Each person has 5-10 minutes to state their monthly goals, share value, share wines, and/or get support. The group is here to bounce ideas off of, gain motivation, and help each other achieve their desired success.
Remember the group is your confidant. If you're stuck ask for help! This will help you stay on course and persevere quicker than being in isolation.
