Compassion Fatigue For Healthcare Workers 

With the rising responsibilities of healthcare workers many may have found themselves physically and emotionally exhausted. 

For those who have found themselves in the throws of being the caregiver, counselor, comforter, and "family member" during the COVID-19 pandemic this can be very challenging. The idea of becoming numb due to the increasing number of patients  arriving at medical facilities needing care and returning home to take care of themselves or love ones can take a toll. 

Signs could be:
Overeating 
Excessive use of drugs or alcohol
Poor self-care
Insomnia 
Loss of concentration
